What you’ll do

You will be responsible for support for the maintenance of IT services in the company.

What you need to know

degree in computer science or a career changer with professional experience
minimum one year of experience in a similar position
knowledge of Windows, Linux, MacOS operating systems
knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
experience in working with end-users
excellent problem-solving skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
communication skills, reliability and responsibility for the tasks performed

Nice to have

any professional certifications
experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence

What your tasks will be

managing operating systems – Windows, Linux, MacOS
installing, maintaining and configuring application software and computer hardware
troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
software and hardware diagnostics and repair
logistics of purchasing and delivering equipment to employees
keeping records of hardware and software
cooperation with technical support and external services
maintenance of web pages in various technologies
create and update technical documentation, manuals and procedures
